Just thinking about visiting Tra Vinh always makes me giddy with excitement. My family and I visit Tra Vinh regularly, we think it's one of the best Vietnamese restaurant in Perth. Even my Vietnamese friend said this is one of her favourite too. If it has the stamp of approval from a fair dinkum Vietnamese, then it's good enough for me!
Even though this place has a massive menu, I always seem to end up ordering the same menu item every time, my stomach knows what it wants. For this post, I don't have the details of what each menu item is called and how much it cost. It seemed as soon as I stepped in, my brain stopped thinking and the eyes and stomach took over, that's my excuse for the lack of details. But, I hope you enjoy the photos anyway!

| Wonton Noodle (Dry) |
The Wonton Noodle is my mum's favourite dish here, even though we've all told her, she really doesn't need to go to a Vietnamese restaurant for wonton noodle! She stands by her choice and she loves the ingredients Tra Vinh puts into their wonton noodle, making it unique, tasty and satisfying!
Above is a special noodle dish my brother ordered. There were so many different ingredients in this dish, but it all worked well together and he loved it!

| Broken Rice with Pork Chop |
My go-to Vietnamese dish is the broken rice. Tra Vinh's one is especially satisfying. It may not boast too many variety of the pork, it only has the pork loaf, pork chop and shredded pork, but all the components are cooked well and tastes amazing! Quality over quantity is definitely the case here! Just look at that fried egg too, the yolk was ready to burst, just the way I love my eggs!
Finally, above was my sister's noodle dish in hot and sour soup. She loves noodles and she loves hot and sour soup, so this is always the perfect dish for her.
When visiting Tra vinh you have to be wary of the times that they'll be busy. We always tries to come earlier than normal meal times to ensure comfortable seating and fast service. In saying that, their service is always as fast as lightning anyway! Needless to say, my family and I will be back very soon.
