A few months back, when I first ate at Flo Espresso and posted the photos on Instagram, my sister started nagging me to take her there. The fact that I kept raving about it did nothing to defuse her nagging. When she finally arrived in Perth, she would not stop bringing it up. So then, on one of my days off, we finally made the trip to Flo Espresso.
Flo Espresso is relatively new, but it certainly has made a name for herself. We arrived at about 9 am and it was packed with office workers picking up their caffeine hit, the line was out the door. Fortunately, we were still able to get a table. Flo Espresso doesn't have a menu, everything they serve is on display at the counter, but we didn't need to look to know what we were going to order.

So, Flo Espresso serves a variety of cakes and doughnuts. On top of that they serve cheese toasties in a wide range of flavours. Our favourite has to be their kimchi cheese toastie range. The first time I ate here, we ordered the kimchi cheese and kimchi cheese and roast chicken toasties. I really enjoyed both of them, but I did think the roast chicken was a tad too salty and there was actually too much of it in the toastie. Really great for a big lunch though!
The second time round, we saw they also had bulgogi beef kimchi cheese and pulled pork kimchi cheese toastie! This made us very excited and we ordered both immediately. My brother was not so adventurous and ordered the roast chicken with mango chutney cheese toastie. All were really delicious. The bread was toasted perfectly and the cheese melted just the way it should. Everyone's favourite had to be the beef bulgogi toastie. It had a little bit of salad inside adding a nice freshness and lightness to the toastie and the bulgogi beef tasted amazing!

Apart from the tasty grub at Flo Espresso, they also have exceptional service. On both occasions, we were looking around to serve ourselves tap water, but they always seem to notice and delivered some straight away! Their attentive and friendly service made their tasty food even more enjoyable!
